A cutting nipper is a type of hand tool designed for cutting materials flush with a surface or for cutting protruding wire ends. These pliers have a cutting edge at the very tip of the jaws, allowing for precise and flush cuts. They have a spring-loaded mechanism that helps keep the jaws open, making it easier to use them repeatedly with less hand fatigue.
