14 Conquest Split Lock Washer – 18-8 Stainless Steel

Conquest Split Lock Washers made from 18-8 stainless steel are engineered to maintain tension and resist loosening caused by vibration and torque. As the washer compresses under load, its helical spring shape applies continuous pressure, gripping the fastener securely in place. Whether youre assembling heavy machinery, constructing a metal frame, or completing a job that demands long-term strength, these lock washers help you get it done right.

Built from corrosion-resistant 18-8 stainless steel, these washers are ideal for outdoor and high-humidity environments. The non-magnetic alloy resists rust and oxidation, making it well-suited for marine, automotive, and industrial use. Available in a wide range of diameters, the Conquest Split Lock Washer is compatible with standard fasteners and can be matched to your exact needs.

Applications:

• Machinery assembly
• Automotive and marine equipment
• Metal-to-metal fastening
• Vibration-prone environments
• General construction and fabrication

Key Features:

• Split design locks fasteners in place under load
• 18-8 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance
• Suitable for use in humid, marine, and outdoor environments
• Works with standard nuts and bolts
• Available in multiple diameters to match application needs

Installation:

Install the washer beneath the nut or bolt head, with the split ends slightly offset. As the fastener is tightened, the washer flattens and resists rotation, preventing loosening over time. Ideal for use with flat washers when fastening softer materials or oversized holes.
