1/4″ Conquest USS Flat Washer – Plain Finish

Conquest USS Flat Washers provide reliable load distribution in a wide range of bolted fastening applications. Designed to increase surface area under the head of a bolt or nut, these washers help prevent pull-through and material damage, especially when used with soft substrates or oversized holes.

Plain steel washers may contain a light rust-preventative oil coating from manufacturing and storage.

Manufactured to USS (United States Standard) dimensions, these washers offer broader outside diameters and greater thickness compared to SAE washers, making them a go-to solution for heavy-duty applications. The plain (uncoated) finish is ideal for indoor use or environments where corrosion resistance is not a primary concern.

Whether you’re assembling structural frames, fabricating metal components, or securing machinery, these washers deliver the stability and strength you need. They’re compatible with a wide range of fastener diameters and are available in multiple size options to fit your project requirements.

Key Features:

• USS Standard Design: Thicker and wider than SAE washers for improved load distribution.
• Plain Finish: Suitable for indoor, dry environments or applications where plating is unnecessary.
• Multiple Sizes Available: Choose the washer size that matches your bolt diameter for a precise fit.
• Versatile Use: Common in construction, industrial equipment, maintenance, and general fabrication.
• Improved Fastening Integrity: Helps prevent bolt embedment and surface deformation.

Applications:

• Metal fabrication
• Machinery installation
• Framing and bracing
• Structural connections
• Maintenance and repair

Installation:

Select the washer size that matches your bolt or nut diameter. Position the washer between the fastener and the surface material. Tighten the bolt or nut to specification using the appropriate torque. For optimal performance, use with compatible USS bolts and nuts.
