1-148221 Conquest Split Lock Washer 8211 Plain Finish

Conquest Split Lock Washers with a plain finish are engineered to keep fasteners from working loose under load and vibration. These helical spring-style washers bite into both the underside of the bolt head and the surface its securing, maintaining tension that helps resist loosening over time. These washers are commonly used in applications where constant motion, heat cycles, or heavy equipment can cause fasteners to back off. Theyre ideal for general construction, industrial assembly, machinery repair, and field maintenance work. Manufactured to meet reliable performance standards, the plain finish makes them a cost-effective solution where corrosion resistance isnt the top priority. These washers are compatible with a wide variety of bolts and nuts across multiple diameters and thread sizes. Key Features: Split Lock Design: Creates spring tension and resistance against loosening due to vibration or torque. Plain Finish: Ideal for dry, indoor environments or where minimal corrosion resistance is acceptable. Durable Steel Construction: Built to maintain compression and hold integrity during tightening and long-term use. Versatile Options: Available in multiple diameters to match your bolt size and application needs. Applications: Machinery and equipment assembly Structural framing Maintenance and repair jobs Automotive and trailer fasteners Agricultural tools and equipment Installation: Simply place the split lock washer between the fastener head (or nut) and the surface to be clamped. As the bolt or nut is tightened, the washer flattens and its edges bite into the surfaces to help resist rotation. No special tools are requiredjust proper torque per your bolt size and spec.
