1-1/4″ Conquest Split Lock Washer – Hot Dip Galvanized

Built for tough jobs and trusted by pros, Conquest Split Lock Washers are designed to prevent loosening from vibration and movement in bolted assemblies. The helical split design bites into both the bolt and the material, delivering resistance where you need it most.

Hot dip galvanized for robust corrosion protection, these washers are ideal for exterior environments, moisture-prone areas, or anywhere long-term durability is critical. Theyre widely used in wood construction, heavy-duty framing, and metal connections in structural, agricultural, and industrial applications.

Whether you’re building a pole barn, reinforcing a deck, or assembling machinery, Conquest Split Lock Washers deliver a simple but essential layer of security to every fastened joint.

Key Features:

• Hot Dip Galvanized Coating: Built to withstand outdoor exposure and resist rust in demanding conditions.
• Split Design: Helps prevent nuts and bolts from backing off due to vibration or dynamic loads.
• Multiple Sizes Available: Choose the correct washer diameter to match your fastener size and application.
• Heavy-Duty Performance: Supports high-load applications in structural builds, framing, and exterior fastening.
• Compatible with Standard Bolts: Engineered to fit most common bolt sizes for quick and reliable integration.

Applications:

• Post-frame and pole barn construction
• Deck and fence framing
• Industrial equipment assembly
• Outdoor steel-to-wood and steel-to-steel connections

Installation:

Install beneath the nut (or bolt head when required) and tighten using appropriate torque for your fastener. For galvanized hardware, ensure all components share the same coating to reduce galvanic corrosion. Avoid reuse once the washer has been compressed.
