1-1/4″ Conquest Split Lock Washer – Plain Finish

1-1/4″ Conquest Split Lock Washer – Plain Finish

This 1-1/4″ split lock washer is engineered to help secure large-diameter bolts used in structural, industrial, or mechanical applications. Its helical spring design generates tension under load, providing a mechanical lock that resists loosening from vibration or shifting. The plain steel finish makes it ideal for indoor or low-corrosion environments where rugged fastening is key.

Install under bolt head or nut and torque to compress the washer, engaging the spring-loaded locking force.

1-1/4″ Split Lock Washer Tension Control for Oversized Fasteners

This washer supports critical joints with a mechanical grip that helps reduce bolt relaxation and improve safety.

Key Features

• Heavy-Duty Spring Design: Provides locking resistance for oversized bolts.
• Plain Finish: Steel construction without coating for use in controlled environments.
• Large-Diameter Fit: Compatible with 1-1/4″ bolts and threaded fasteners.
• Reliable Retention: Reduces the chance of bolt rotation in dynamic assemblies.

Common Applications

• Large structural beam connections
• Heavy equipment fastening
• Bridge and infrastructure builds
• Industrial machinery setups
• Framing for long-span steel structures

Installation Tips

• Ensure washer seats flat under the bolt or nut surface.
• Use with flat washer for larger hole clearance or soft materials.
• Apply correct torque to compress slightly for maximum locking force.
